Winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfer. Firearm will be transferred at Whitetail Woodcrafters shop in Pennsylvania, or the winner can arrange to have it shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the winner’s area. Winner is responsible for any applicable transfer fees, shipping costs, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
Whitetail Woodcrafters reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. False information or failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification. Prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. If winner cannot legally accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
