We guarantee that the items you receive will be free from defects and made according to the design proof. A design proof is sent to you to view and approve before the engraving is completed on any product that you have customized. If we make an error, we will replace the item at no charge to you. If you’ve made a mistake and need to reorder, we’ll be happy to offer you a generous 40% discount to do so.
